Bob Gibble's service philosophy is to customize his service approach to each specific firm and engagement. CPA firms come in all sizes, shapes, personalities, geographies, and specialties.....so a "cookie cutter" approach to addressing practice management issues just isn't appropriate. Gibble Consulting uses practical, hands-on methods which emphasize action plans and implementation.
One of the biggest advantages Bob can offer is his familiarity with situations and needs of CPA firms of all sizes. During the last 20 years as Managing Partner, Bob has guided his firm from a one office, $1 million operation to a ten office, multi-state firm with revenues in excess of $50 million. So he knows the challenges managing partners are facing as they continue to go through the various growth cycles of their firm. Unlike most consultants to the profession, Bob has had to manage and live with the implications of his firm's strategic decisions.

Overview:
Gibble Consulting LLC was founded by Bob Gibble in 2005. In addition to more than 35 years of experience in public accounting and business consulting, Bob has been Managing Partner at Beard Miller Company for 20 years. Under his leadership, the firm grew from $1 million to over $50 million in annual revenue to become one of the Top 50 CPA firms in the country.
Launching Gibble Consulting was part of Bob's plan for transitioning out of Beard Miller and into a position in which he can give back to the profession some of what he has learned over the years about running a successful accounting firm. Beard Miller's succession plan calls for partners to retire at age 60, and Bob has recently reached that mark.
Since founding his own independent organization, Bob has been consulting with many CPA firms around the country, ranging from national firms to local, one-office operations.
Bob is a sought-after speaker to various business, civic, and professional organizations on strategic planning, partner compensation, revenue growth, and merger and acquisition matters. Some of his current and past professional and community affiliations include:
