CHASE AND ASSOCIATES CPAs, PC is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Private Companies and SEC Practice Sections. As a member of the sections, the Firm is required to undergo an independent peer review of the practice every three years. The review is carried out by other CPAs under the auspices of the AICPA and provides assurance that the Firm has an appropriate quality control system and that it is complying with that system. In each of the Firm's peer reviews, it has been given the highest award, without a letter of comment.

The Firm's CPAs have over 75 years of combined experience and each is required to attend at least 40 hours of continuing professional education each year.
