innacle Financial Planning is part of the M+S Group.
M+S commenced in Kyabram in 1966 and was then part of the Morrison and Sawers Group. M+S Accounting Services Pty Ltd became a business in its own right in 1993. In 1999 with the retirement of David Thomas, one of the original founders, the directorship underwent a restructure to include eight partners with Michael Watt as the Managing Director.

In 2011, M+S Accounting Services Pty Ltd underwent a structural change to create M+S Group Accounting Pty Ltd.

Today, M+S Group Accounting Pty Ltd is recognised as one of the largest accounting firms in country Victoria. Offices are located in Kyabram, Shepparton and Echuca and employ over 60 staff, including four partners. Although the three offices are located in Victoria's Goulburn Valley, the company does boast an extremely large client base which is spread right across Australia.

Over time, the company has expanded greatly and is now able to provide a comprehensive range of professional services to its clients. These services are quite varied and include areas such as retirement strategies, financial plans, pension planning, self managed superannuation funds, succession planning, budgeting, business and tax plans.
