In 2000 a small group of dynamic business people sought an investment with a difference as they were constantly disappointed and disillusioned by various old status quo investment avenues. They required an investment with a satisfactory return and at the same time they wanted to manage the risk and volatility of that investment without losing ownership and this is where the COLER WEALTH concept was born.
COLER WEALTH aims to achieve financial freedom and wealth creation through efficient, professional planning and guidance by our dedicated and committed staff through the process of leverage, applying OPM, OPT, OPR and the control thereof by the COLER WEALTH formula.

COLER Wealth sources applicable properties (mostly residential) nationwide and bring it to our clients doorstep, but this is just the start of it! We do the macro-economic research on these developments, appraise the developers, manage the rentals, manage the payment of levies, attend body corporate meetings, manage the maintenance of the units and assist the clients in efficient estate and tax planning.

In 2008 we added bond originating, COLER Realty and COLER Construction to our list of products and services. The bond originating enables us to apply for bonds at all the major banks on behalf of the client and at the same time negotiate better interest rates. On the COLER Realty side we have experts that handle the re-sales of these investment properties and COLER Construction is a new innovative product that enables clients to develop their own investment property.

Experience and knowledge is irreplaceable and crucial when it comes to investing and we have gathered ample quantities of it over the past years. Our client base consists of: medical specialists, business men, doctors, farmers etc and because we know that each client is an individual we constantly seek new products and avenues to fit each client’s specific needs…
