Club Financial Services Gippsland, is a family owned and operated Franchise which commenced with a one person home based business in 2001, as The Mortgage Bureau. Today we employ four loan writers and three administrative staff; housed in professional premises located at 35 Hotham Street Traralgon and have just opened a new office in Warragul.

Since our establishment, our primary objective has been to guide our clients in making choices and decisions that maximise their financial positions. Our culture places a passionate focus on building sustainable, long term relationships with clients, referral networks, lenders, our franchise group and industry bodies. This objective together with client needs has seen our business evolve to offer a diversified range of personal and business financial solutions.

Professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, innovation and being a role model within our community and industry are integral qualities we aspire to have as core values in the business and are essential in providing our service commitment.

Professionalism

- We have placed a significant effort in training & developing our staff in all aspects of lending. We also conduct training on customer service and learning to listen to our clients needs.

- We believe in best practice systems and have established accountability in any strategy implemented

With the addition of further add-on services including: Insurances - home, contents & life; Personal Loans; Credit Cards; and Vehicle Leasing we are able to provide a true one stop service

- We believe in giving back to the local community and acknowledge that we couldn't have become as successful as we have without their support. With the sponsorship and attendance of community charities and sporting clubs, we support the people who support us. We are there, celebrating their successes, trials and tribulations.

Ethical conduct

- We pride ourselves on not having compromised our customer service to existing clients in order to gain new ones

- All Loans Consultants are MFAA Accredited Mortgage Consultants and must adhere to an industry Code of Practice.

- We keep the needs of our customers in mind every time we launch a new service or promote a new offer

Innovation

- We are continually looking at ways to add more value to our clients and have recently subscribed to a program which will allow us to provide our clients with up to the minute valuation info on properties they may be considering purchasing.

Role Model Organisation

- We endeavour to share our successful strategies and ideas with our franchise group and community. We also strive to use our success to promote our business, region, franchise group and industry. This year we entered the AMA awards and won the category for Brokerage of the Year (franchise). We were excited to win the recognition, but as importantly we believe the win helps put Gippsland on the radar for lending institutions, securing better deals and services for the wider Gippsland community.
