Overview:

Robert Moore & Associates offer services such as Detail and Level Surveys, House and Construction Surveys, Roads and Drainage Design, Stormwater Detention Design, Sewerage and Watermain Design, Costing of proposed projects and Liaison with the relevant Authorities, etc.
Robert Moore’s personal experience extends over 30 years in the disciplines of Surveying and Civil Engineering and varies through concepts, design and supervision of projects having a civil value component in excess of $2 million. Robert Moore & Associates, as a consultancy, was formed in 1985.

Our current organisation of qualified and experienced staff consists of two (2) Civil Engineers, three (3) Surveyors, as well as Drafting and ancillary personnel. We use the most up-to-date and sophisticated survey equipment and CAD computing facilities.

We hold Professional Indemnity and Workers’ Compensation Insurances.

We are Water Service Coordinators to Sydney Water and are Experienced and Accredited consultants to provide Designs of both Watermain and Sewerage Reticulation, requirements for Building Over Sewers and Pegout Reports.

Being a small organisation, we can and do provide a principal-to-principal relationship which is so important in ensuring each development is kept on track.

Our team of Surveyors is led by an experienced Registered Surveyor and are able to undertake surveys for the registration of rights to land. These include Identification Surveys, Subdivision by means of Torrens, Strata or Community Title and Surveys and Plans required for the creation of easements.
