Destiny offers property investment programs which focus on both cash flow and capital growth, to ensure investors can afford to hold their portfolio as it appreciates in value.

We are property investment advisers and mentors, and our role is to help you to develop a property portfolio which is appropriate for your financial circumstances and risk profile.

To that end, we don't sell property, nor do we have any alliances with any company or person who sells property. We will help you to become more skilled at choosing the right property to buy, and uncovering hotspots before others do.

We also do not promote any tax schemes or untested loan arrangements, or any strategies which have not been rigorously tested by the tax office and deemed to qualify. We work with your accountant to ensure that your loan arrangements are suitable to you and within the law, and recommend that all clients apply for personal tax rulings.

Our programs are based on the philosophy of our founder Margaret Lomas, the most respected property investment expert in Australia.

Advantage Program - The Advantage Program is Destiny's flagship solution for people wanting to actively build a property portfolio. The Advantage Program includes the Essential Property Education Course and the Property Acquisition Support.

Essential Property Education - The Essential Property Education Course is designed to give students practical property investment skills, advanced knowledge and useful resources to effectively invest in property.

Property Acquisition Support - The Property Acquisition Support Program is for property investors who would like some assistance in building their property portfolio, from a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA).

Intensive Property Coaching - Intensive Property Coaching is designed to accelerate your property acquisition progress by applying a one-to-one coaching approach.
