European coverage

Our prospects are based in Europe and active in one or more European countries.

Small to mid-size transactions

Vendis Capital’s own financial investments vary between 5 and 15 million Euro. Larger investments can be made together with co-investors. Depending on shareholder structure and possible debt financing, the prospect’s total enterprise value can be between 5 and 150 million Euro.

Flexible transaction structures

We provide capital for various types of investments including:
Internal growth and acquisitions (development capital)
Full or partial liquidity for entrepreneurs, family members or passive investors, possibly facilitating a management transition
Management buyouts
Corporate divestitures of subsidiaries

We can accommodate both majority and minority positions.

History:

Vendis Capital was founded in 2009 by the former management team of Mitiska, an investment company specialized in the retail sector, after its delisting from the Euronext stock exchange. Vendis Capital was created as its successor to continue investments in the consumer sector.
The partners of Vendis Capital have been working together since 2003, and have a unique collective blend of strategic, operational and financial backgrounds, with a long-standing focus on retail and consumer businesses.
