ARC MidAtlantic is a division of ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC, one of the ten largest wholesale insurance brokerage organizations in the United States, and the largest wholesaler in the country specializing only in Management / Professional Liability insurance. We are based in southern New Jersey, with a Pennsylvania satellite office in suburban Philadelphia.

ARC MidAtlantic offers a full range of Financial Products insurance, including but not limited to:

As an excess & surplus brokerage firm, ARC can utilize non-admitted carriers that most retail brokers cannot access directly. However, it is important to point out that we have excellent relationships and large premium volume with standard (admitted) carriers as well.

Stan Quirk and Bruce Davis, who both formerly worked for the Sedgwick Group, founded ARC MidAtlantic in January 1999. Stan was the manager of Sedgwick's Philadelphia office Financial Products Department. Bruce was Marketing Coordinator in Sedgwick's Philadelphia office Business Development Department. Both Stan and Bruce hold surplus lines brokers licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The staff of ARC MidAtlantic has expanded to a total of six insurance professionals, and more will be added as we continue to grow. Our goal is to provide our retail brokers with the best service in the industry. We strive to obtain competitive quotes in a timely fashion, and to share our knowledge and advice so that you, in turn, are able to provide quality service to your clients.
