I-Invest Property is a Corporate Licensed Real Estate Agent that specialises in helping clients invest in property as part of their broader wealth creation strategies. Our role is to educate and assist the clients of our referral partners to maximise their investment returns while minimising risk.

Our aim is to bring together an unbiased offering of the best product and service providers in a way that allows you to make an informed decision regarding your investment property needs.

I-Invest Property is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the I-Financial Group ~ a diverse and independent financial services group.

We are headquartered in Boolaroo NSW at the Northern end of beautiful Lake Macquarie, however our operations and business relationships span Australia.

We are not developers or builders nor do we have any commercial interest in any of the developers or builders from whom we accept property listings. Our system ensures a vastly superior spread of property investment opportunities, both by geographic location and property type. We achieve this in two ways:

Firstly, the robustness and ethic of our system appeals to quality developers who are keen to differentiate themselves from some of the less wholesome practices in the property market; and
Secondly, we have taken a collegiate approach with a select number of other property professionals who share our ethical standards and with whom we exchange intellectual capital regarding best practise and business methodologies as well as sharing property listings Australia-wide.

In order to ensure the highest possible commercial standards, a range of data and due diligence material is provided. Developers are encouraged to submit their developments to independent audit or ratings ~ such as those undertaken by the Property Investors Association of Australia (PIAA). PIAA is a not-for-profit association and does not list or sell property nor receive any commissions or incentives from the sale of Property ~ ensuring complete independence of the review process.
