Overview:

Peakside Capital is a specialist European real estate private equity firm owned and managed by its partners.

Peakside Capital is active across all property types in Germany and Central Eastern Europe (“CEE”), and provides deal origination and execution, asset management and fund management services to managed funds and qualified investors. Peakside Capital currently has 30 employees and has worked successfully together for a number of years, investing across structures ranging from direct single assets and portfolios to distressed debt and private equity investments in real estate operating companies in over 15 countries.

Currently, Peakside Capital manages investments across eight different European countries, totalling over €1.8 billion in gross asset value. For its new investment activity, Peakside Capital is focused on acquiring assets in Germany and CEE that offer value creation opportunities through active asset management.

Peakside Capital’s managed portfolios include its four real estate funds and a number of separate investments:

   Peakside Real Estate Fund I, a pan-European opportunistic fund with €261 million of capital commitments
   Polonia Property Fund I and Polonia Property Fund II, with c. €160 million of capital commitments and
   A portfolio of European real estate investments held directly or indirectly by clients.

Peakside Capital's UK entity is authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
