History:

In early 2005, the Amplitude Dynamic Trading Fund and Master Fund (the “Dynamic Fund”) were incorporated in the Cayman Islands and the Dynamic Fund was formally launched and opened to investors on 1st June 2005. FSA registration was obtained by ACP LLP in April 2005.

On the 1st December 2008, ACAG was incorporated in Switzerland and was appointed Investment Advisor by the Manager (ACIL). ACP LLP relinquished its function within the group. On 1st December 2008, Amplitude Capital Management Ltd. (“ACML”), a London based company, assumed responsibility for all financial, legal and administrative functions of the Amplitude Capital Group.

On 1st July 2009, ACML transferred its activities to Amplitude Capital (UK) Limited (“ACUK”) and ACML ceased any further activities. ACUK is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. On 1st September 2009, Amplitude Klassik Fund and Master Fund (the “Klassik Fund”) and the Amplitude Sinfonie Fund (the “Sinfonie Fund”) were launched.
