We have a verifiable record of closing over 90% of our business sale engagements. We believe that main street business brokers selling mostly retail and franchise businesses to local buyers are not equipped with the necessary skills and do not employ an appropriate process to achieve a synergistic/strategic price for the size and type of company fitting our niche. We further believe that companies of this size receive minimal support and recognition from the investment banking community. Thus, businesses that are the backbone of our national and local economies are underserved when it comes to transfer of ownership.
Our Goal
Our goal is to create a competitive, controlled auction environment. Without disclosing the name or the price of the business being sold, we market it to a targeted audience of hundreds of buyers. Each buyer submits his/her “best offer” knowing that there are a number of other interested buyers. This process produces multiple offers and the best price and terms from a variety of buyers.
