Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest level of service and advice; implementing an innovative and varied approach to develop well-diversified portfolios delivering strong long-term risk-adjusted returns.

Overview:

The two Principals of the firm are John A. MacDougall (President) and Nicole Charbonneau (Vice President). Collectively they have over forty years of experience in the Institutional Equity arena in Canada. Both were former founding and/or Managing Partners of two institutional equity boutiques in Montreal. John also has five years as a Portfolio Manager with a Canadian Specialty Small Cap Manager under his belt.

Our investment platform is the culmination of eighteen months of extensive research into ways of expanding the boundaries of traditional investment management to best serve private clients.

We incorporate a customized “institutional class” approach (bridging the gap for the private client) in adopting creative and new investment strategies employed by pension and endowment funds to allocate capital across markets and among asset classes, balancing potential returns while mitigating risks.

Vision:

Building on what we regarded as a unique set of opportunities presenting themselves in the global investment arena; a chance to employ new dynamic and strategic asset allocation strategies to add depth and breadth to the investment management process.
