History:

The firm was founded in 1932 as a sole proprietorship by Arthur T. Whalen. In 1960 a partnership of certified public accountants was formed so additional services could be offered to our clients. Today the firm of Whalen, Davey & Looney, CPA LLP, the oldest and largest of certified public accountants in northern New York, consists of three partners and employs 15 staff members operating from four office locations in Ogdensburg, Massena, Gouverneur and Watertown New York.
