Bell & Frech - Tax, Accounting, and Financial Advisory: We are a full-service tax, accounting, and financial advisory firm located in Brookeville, MD. We offer a broad range of services for business owners, executives, and independent professionals.

History:

In 1994, Joseph Bell & Deborah Frech started Bell & Frech in Rockville MD. Their only employee was the office manager, LeeAnn Wahler who is with them today. In 2000, Bell & Frech purchased a historic building in the Town of Brookeville, MD and moved to their new office. They began expanding the staff in 2001 and currently have a staff of 11 people including CPA’s, bookkeepers and assistants.

Bell and Frech continues to serve their original clients and in many cases, those clients’ now grown children. They offer thier clients the kind of individual attention usually associated with solo practitioners, with a professional staff that you would expect from a much larger firm.

Having started Bell & Frech from the ground up, they are aware of all the excitement that comes with starting a business as well as the pitfalls. Their work goes beyond tax compliance and planning to encompass strategic business consulting, cash flow planning and a whole host of other things you will need as you create the future you want for yourself, your family and/or your business.
