The firm was founded by Ron Hixon in 1984. With a dream, a handful of clients and $600 a journey was begun. As with building any business, the path was full of obstacles and choices. Through the journey there were times of joyous elation and times of perceived doom but always there was the dream. "Success is a Journey, not a Destination" is a saying that many have heard.
