In a ‘crowd funded’ model, the participants fund the “manufacture” of the Value, removing banks as well as other intermediaries from the equation. By removing intermediaries, costs are minimised, friction is reduced, and performance is improved by the Crowd Capital understanding and therefore demanding the performance of the operational managers.

The result? We get your money right to the place where value is created and the money is made.

The role of Crowd Capital is to find those Value Streams that will meet the demands of the Crowd. Typically this means businesses that are asset heavy, balance sheet constrained and supply a fundamental need for modern society. It is important for us at Crowd Capital that the Crowd owns real and tangible assets, not financial instruments or derivatives.

Crowd Capital is not a novelty. The investment methodology is to disrupt legacy value streams that have allowed themselves to become lazy operationally or lazy due to poor engagement of capital.
