Overview:

IVG has been present in Hungary as an investor, project developer and asset manager since 1998. Wer are managing properties held by IVG in its own portfolio and in funds as well as external areas and park areas. On top, we are managing properties of HSH Real Estate within a third-party-mandate.
One of our first significant projects was the reconstruction of the Krausz Palace into a representative, modern office building. Furthermore we have been developing in Bupapest the office buildings "StefániaPark" and "RiverPark" as well as the "Infopark" which has a gross floor space of 120.000 m² and where IVG Hungary is seated.
VG’s most significant and famous development in Hungary has been the development of InfoPark consisting of seven office buildings in South-Buda.

Most recently the renovation and expansion of the former German embassy building, now known as StefániaPark, and the renovation and re-development of RiverPark offices on the Pest side of the Danube bank are among just a few IVG’s landmark projects in the City.

IVG Hungary Kft. has laid a great emphasis on environmental conscious solutions both in technologies and construction materials. As a result of this policy Infopark E is the first building in Hungary which has achieved the internationally recognized green building certification system, the LEED Silver (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification
