Overview:

The Company is a Kenyan Limited Liability Company that was founded by Edward Burbidge in May 2010 with the goal of providing corporate financial advisory services to companies in Kenya and East Africa and to connect these companies with financial investors in Africa, the UK and Europe to raise capital. Burbidge Capital has also had a presence in London through its offices in Mayfair since early 2010.

Burbidge Capital has a broad presence in sub Saharan Africa, through its offices, members of its board of directors, special advisors and other consultants. The Company’s executive team makes regular visits to London and the Non-Executive Chairman is based in London to manage Burbidge Capital’s relationships with its Western-based investors on a full time basis.

Burbidge Capital has also formed tie-ups in other East African countries through its membership of the Eastern Africa Association and other affiliations.
