Anti-Counterfeit:
in conjunction with the Anti-Counterfeit Agency, arrange for covert raids to seize and detain counterfeits and the arrest of the culprits and subsequently oversee the destruction of the counterfeits;
working with other government agencies such as the Kenya Revenue Authority, the Kenya Bureau of Standards, the Weights and Measures Department etc in sensitizing the public on the effects of counterfeits and how to distinguish counterfeits from genuine goods.;
prosecuting anti-counterfeit matters; and
conducting trainings and seminars on how to deal with the Anti-Counterfeit menace.
Property Law:
drafting and negotiating property purchase/sale agreements;
advising on project planning, mixed use developments etc;
transfer of property such as land etc;
preparing and negotiating security documentation;
perfecting security documentation;
procuring all the requisite clearances, consents and/or approvals;
preparing, negotiating and registering leases, licenses etc over properties; and
registration of third party rights in property, such as land.
Litigation (Civil and Criminal Cases):
prosecuting and/or defending clients in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, High Court, Subordinate Courts and Tribunals, both in civil cases and criminal cases.
Immigration Law:
advise on immigration law and assisting clients to procure all classes of work permits, special passes etc.
Debt Collection:
recovery of debt on behalf of our clients.
Technology law
