Adenia Partners is a private equity management company active in Africa since 2003.

Its objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation to its investors through equity and quasi-equity investments in private companies active in the Indian Ocean and West Africa.

Adenia Partners aims to contribute to the economic and social development of these regions by partnering with entrepreneurs, developing winning and profitable strategies, and mobilizing financial resources for the private sector.

Adenia Partners is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius.

History:

2002               I&P Management founded.
2003     First fund, I&P Capital (Indian Ocean), established with committed capital of €10 million (fully invested)
2007     Second fund, I&P Capital (II), established with €37 million in capital commitments   (fully invested)
2012     Third fund, I&P Capital (III), established with €95 million in capital commitments.
2013       I&P Management becomes Adenia Partners.

Adenia Partners is a private equity management company focused on investment across the Indian Ocean and West African regions.

Our company has offices in Madagascar and Mauritius, as well as in Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire. We also invest in Benin, Burkina Faso, Comoros, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone and Togo.

Through our three funds – I&P Capital (Indian Ocean), I&P Capital (II), I&P Capital (III) - we currently manage more than $200 million of assets. Adenia Partners seeks to invest in a variety of sectors including, but not limited to, agribusiness, manufacturing, financial services, ICT and telecommunications, and hospitality.

Our company was founded as I&P Management by a team of entrepreneurs with solid and diversified experiences as business founders and CEOs.

In 2013, we became Adenia Partners to mark the launch of the third fund.
