These products and services, policies and procedures, will be administered by a competent management team and delivered by an efficient high-quality staff capable of utilizing  current technology to assist in providing excellent customer service.
History:

United Bank has over 100 years of customer service,  beginning in 1900 as the privately owned State Bank of Osseo. In 1908 the bank expanded when it purchased the assets of Citizens State Bank.  In 1932, the Farmers Exchange Bank merged with State Bank of sseo,  forming Bank of Osseo.

Bank of Osseo opened a branch in the nearby town of Strum in 1933, and a similar one in Eleva in 1935.

In 1970, a new attractive circular building overlooking picturesque Lake Martha was erected.

In 1985, a merger took place between the Bank of Osseo and the Ettrick State Bank, changing the name to United Bank.

In 1992, United Bank expanded the Osseo office and built on a new lobby  area, as the bank had outgrown the round structure. In 1993, United Bank opened a branch office in Mondovi.

In 1993, United Bancorporation, a bank holding company which includes  United Bank along with six other banks, was created so that each bank can remain a local community bank.

On January 12, 2000, United Bank marked 100 years of financial service!  United Bank is still very committed to the communities it serves,  offering a wide variety of loans and deposit services. As of April 1,  2000, United Bank had over $93 million in loans and over $187 million in  deposits, with total assets over $129 million.

In addition to United Bank's Osseo office, full service branches are offered in Strum, Eleva,  Ettrick, Eau Claire, and Mondovi.   United Bank's Management, Directors and Officers are confident that the wide variety of products  and services offered will benefit the people in surrounding communities  also. United Bank takes pride in its professional staff and strives to  meet customer needs through schooling and continuous upgrading of  products and services. At United Bank we promise to work hard for our  communities to help make them a better place to live and work.

In 2006, United Bancorporation and Midwest Bancorporation, another of Vucurevich's holding companies, merged and relocated to Osseo.  Greg LeGare was named President of United Bancorporation and is responsible for providing oversight to 7 banks in 3 states with total assets of over 625 million.
