History:

For our history buffs, we were founded as a community bank in 1982, the result of a merger of multiple community banks throughout Western Pennsylvania. Our local roots run deep, and today we have grown to have locations in Central and Northern Ohio communities as well, all the while maintaining our hometown headquarters in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

You’ll find us in more than 20 counties throughout Western Pennsylvania and Central, Northern and Southern Ohio, including commercial business centers in Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio plus mortgage loan offices in Stow and Dublin, Ohio.
