The Master's approach emphasizes the importance of communication skills within its group of leaders, giving priority to accountability to each other, to our Master's Advisory Board, and to our clients. Other affiliated professionals in the fields of law and accounting add their expertise when appropriate. Each client's plan is evaluated during a round-table discussion before any recommendations are presented.

Our advisors are compensated by salary, and any commissions which regulations require to be paid to individuals are turned over to the firm. As a team we work together to bring our clients the highest level of purposeful, trusted advice. We are committed to keeping our clients’ interests first, to be the firm they expect both today and for generations to come.
