RCM was established in late 2005 with membership interests held by its management, Wood Creek Venture Fund, LLC, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance and ML Asset Holdings (an indirect subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.). RCM has an establish team or professionals with many collective years of successful trade finance experience who work closely with an established network of contacts globally to identity suitable Trade Finance opportunities.
