   *      Accounting Consulting - International Bank
     Developed and reviewed U.S. GAAP and IFRS policies related to valuation, amortization, impairment, consolidation as well as to the accounting of various financial products. The scope of the project included the following accounting standards: SFAS 157, SFAS 159, SFAS 133, SFAS 91, FIN 46R and EITF 99-20.
   *      Accounting Consulting - Regional Commercial Bank
     Developed accounting policies and procedures for the proper accounting of the fees on loans originated by a regional commercial bank. Demonstrated that the bank's implementation complies with U.S. GAAP standards (SFAS 91).
   *      Accounting Consulting - NYSE Traded Financial Firm
     Reviewed, reconciled and corrected various accounts of a NYSE traded financial corporation.
   *      Accounting Consulting - West Coast Bank
     Provided expert consulting services to a west coast, publicly-traded bank to identify areas of non-compliance with U.S. GAAP accounting standards. Identified deficiencies in the accounting for loan fees. Defined new GAAP-compliant policies and procedures (in accordance with SFAS 91), and partnered with the client to select a new accounting system.
   *      Valuation Consulting - International Bank Auditor
     Provided expert consulting services to the auditor of an international bank in order to assess the bank’s compliance with SFAS 157, review the bank’s determination of other than temporary impairments, and value the bank’s portfolio of MBSs, CDOs and SIVs.
   *      Risk Assessment Consulting - State Insurance Regulator
     Consulted with a State insurance regulator in assessing the overall risk at a financial insurance firm. Reviewed the risk management function at the firm, and proposed upgrades to the surveillance process.
   *      Accounting Consulting - International Bank
     Provided expert consulting services to automate derivative accounting (in accordance with SFAS 133) at a Global Bank.
   *      Accounting Consulting - Fortune 100 Financial Firm
     Led the implementation of a new GAAP-compliant accounting system for portfolio accounting (in accordance with SFAS 115, EITF 99-20, and SFAS 91) at a financial firm with over $600 billion in assets under management.
   *      Accounting Consulting - Fortune 25 Financial Firm
     Evaluated the GAAP-compliance of the accounting systems at a Fortune 25 financial firm.
   *      Risk Management Consulting - Hedge Fund
     Provided expert consulting services to a multi-billion dollar hedge fund for the development of a custom risk management reporting system.
   *      Investment Consulting - State Agency
     Provided expert advice to a State Agency on the allocation of over eight million dollars of funding.
