Overview:

Organized in May 1994, Dominion Capital Management, Inc. (“DCM”) manages assets of over $50 million in four different programs: Dominion Sapphire Program, Dominion Global Financial Program, Dominion Global Equities Program, and Dominion Foreign Exchange Program. Dominion’s investment programs are designed primarily to diversify multi-manager, multi-strategy investment portfolios, as the return profile is intrinsically non-correlated to both traditional and alternative investment exposure. As a divergent trading strategy, Dominion specializes in exploiting short-term inefficiencies in global financial markets, adding a tactical trading compliment to market neutral or equity hedged strategies, while also remaining non-correlated to other divergent strategies (including global macro and trend-based programs). The various programs offer exposure to the traditional sectors of equities, bonds, foreign exchange, and commodities. Dominion uses exchange traded derivatives and cash markets to access these sectors, as liquidity, transparency and efficient use of capital play a key role in the investment philosophy. Dominion’s investment strategies have no long or short side bias, and ignore longer-term trends, enabling investors to benefit from price fluctuations in global financial markets regardless of their direction. With an average trade duration of less than three days, Dominion is able to react nimbly to constantly changing market conditions and volatility that tend to cause other managers and strategies difficulty.
