Irresponsible Staff Mukesh

I have applied loan in INGVysya Bank. Loan has been sanctioned by the Bank. They have taken all douments and pdcs duly signed from me on 13.12.2007. Till date (24.12.07) I did not received any cheque form the bank. There is a person Mukesh in despatch and Ritika who handles these task. I called Mukesh and Ritika number of times. I asked Mukesh to give details of despatch so that I may follow this. He is a kind of person who dont want to help any of the customer as well his behaviour is too rude. Only this kind of person degrade the reputaion of an organisation. INGVysya is a highly reputed bank. So I request the higher authorities to do the need ful in this regard.
