As a firm, Proto & Loskey, LLC has diversified experience in accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services for privately-owned businesses, as well as to institutions, municipalities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other specialized areas. Auditing experience, in particular, includes audits of various federally funded programs and projects, various non-profit organizations, a labor union, educational institutions (both public and private) including school districts in the area and various privately-owned business.

History:

Proto & Loskey, LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, was established in Olean, NY in 1978. The firm's owner, Louis J. Proto has a total of 35 years experience in the performance of accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services. Prior to the establishment of the local practices, Mr. Proto was associated with a national certified public accounting firm. Clients are served in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Steuben and Allegany counties in New York and in Mc Kean and Potter counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
