Established in 1965, ClarkeKann is a leading commercial law firm with offices in Brisbane and Sydney.

Our people

We are a mid-sized firm of approximately 100 people (including 14 partners), from diverse backgrounds and with wide ranging expertise and interests.

With "tier 1" lawyers, we have a reputation for punching above our weight, and have both the capability and capacity to undertake your work.

Fee Structure

While we have hourly rates, we are cognisant that clients seek value for money. As such we are flexible with fee structures and are happy to discuss a fee structure that best suits your requirements which may include an agreed work scope with an agreed fee being set accordingly.

Cost efficiency

We bring experienced personnel to bear on projects, not a highly leveraged practice unlike many other larger law firms. Our approach sees a high degree of "hand-on" partner involvement. We believe that our approach enables us to carry out tasks with greater (and hence better cost) efficiency than many other larger firms.
