History:

The Dartmouth Company was founded in 1991 by Sean Gildea and David Smookler with the single goal of being Boston’s best retail real estate advisory and brokerage company. Through organic growth and a policy of working with great people, we have expanded and now have offices in Albany, New York City, Paramus and Westport.

While we have a boutique real estate firm feel, we represent some of the largest retailers, landlords and investors in the world. We build and maintain our relationships through hard work, honesty, research, and a thorough understanding of our clients’ goals and the markets in which we serve.
