Through our broker-dealer subsidiary, ParaCap Group, we provide M&A, capital raising and other financial advisory services such as fairness opinions and business valuations.

Over the years, our bankers have led many transactions in the financial services, insurance, real estate and diversified industries sectors totaling several billion dollars. We are committed to developing long-term relationships with our clients by offering experienced, thoughtful and timely service.
