We have provided commercial property finance broking services to some of WA’s most respected developers and investors since 1999. We know the local market better than most and we understand how the commercial property market works from acquisition and subdivision to investment and construction.

History:

Covenant Finance was established in 1999 to provide clients with innovative, relevant and effective funding solutions for commercial, residential and investment properties.

In 2003 additional services were added to the mix including leasing finance, business finance and the funding of commercial hire purchase.

Today, Covenant Finance arranges in excess of $80 million of property-based finance each year and has gained an enviable reputation for its product knowledge, professional service, flexibility and understanding.
