Overview:

The Investors Club is a leading property investment company that assists investors through every stage of the investment process. With an extensive network throughout Australia, we have researched, sourced and sold nearly 15,000 properties in Australia and New Zealand to more than 3,600 investors since we were established in 1994. More than 3,000 of these investors today hold property portfolios worth more than $1m in value!

History:

The Investors Club was founded in 1994 by Kevin and Kathy Young to help Australians on average incomes and above to fund their retirement through property investing.

Starting from humble beginnings with a small gathering of friends in Brisbane, Kevin delivered a short presentation on property investing at a BBQ at his home. The response received was extremely positive and this group then decided to meet monthly to continue to exchange ideas. Word got out about these gatherings and within three months, more than 100 people were asking to attend to find out more about property investing.
The Investors Club rapidly expanded to accommodate local meetings in different areas and by 1998, The Investors Club was operating in all Australian states except Tasmania. The growth of the organisation soon necessitated a Head Office and Branches throughout Australia to support investors across the country.

From its inception, The Investors Club has built its reputation upon the benefit of networking with like-minded individuals and the sharing of property investment strategies so that anyone interested in property investment could access practical advice and support from experienced property investors. This is what underpins The Investors Club and continues to drive its success today.

In 2011, The Investors Club has 40 full time employees at its Head Office in Brisbane and 24 branches operating across Australia and New Zealand. It has researched, sourced and sold nearly 15,000 properties to more than 3,600 investors and more than 3,000 of these investors today hold property portfolios work more than $1 million in value.
