Founded in 1979, the firm has experienced outstanding growth and enjoys an enviable reputation for the quality of its services. The firm has offices in Nairobi, Eldoret and Kakamega. There are three departments: Auditing, Accountancy and Tax through which the firm provides a full range of services in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Our clients include:

   Local Authorities
   Schools and Colleges
   Health Care Institutions
   Professional people

The firm has three standing committees, and their functions are as follows:

Quality Control Committee
This committee is charged with assuring that the work performed by the firm conforms to the quality control standards established by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and the International Accounting Standards Board. A partner who performs independent reviews of all audit reports issued by the firm chairs this committee.

Training Committee
This committee is responsible for designing and overseeing the professional training programs conducted by the firm as well as selecting external courses to be attended by partners and staff members. We provide each person on
the professional staff with a minimum of 20 hours of continuing professional education each year.

Personnel Review Committee
This committee is charged with the responsibility of evaluating the performance of each member of staff at least twice each year. This evaluation is communicated to each staff member and deals with his/her strengths and weaknesses in the performance of professional assignments. The committee also makes recommendations on promotions and salary adjustments.
