Overview:

In May of 2010, the bank completed the first floor renovation of 1814 East Carson Street adjacent to our main office. The expanded facility provides better access to all of our customers and improved service.

We have added for your convenience an ATM and a Night Depository at the site. Both are located in a secure vestibule, which our customers can access by swiping a credit or debit card.

The new office entrance is at street level. No steps! Once inside, customers are able to go to the teller and deposit customer service area, located in the new section, or proceed by ramp into the loan area, which will be located in the current 1812 East Carson side. No longer will loan customers need to climb steps.

All customer service desks will afford our customers greater privacy than our current configuration.

For the past four years we have seen increasing use of our electronic banking options. Online banking, bill-pay, VISA debit cards, and telephone banking have all shown impressive increases. It seems that once our customers try these services, they find out just how easy banking with us can be.

We want to continue to improve the kind of service we offer. We have already been here for a long time - 89 years in fact. We intend to be here for a long time to come. Please tell us how we can serve you better.
