DISCRETIONARY PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

   Multi-managed, long-only US equity strategy available through two commingled vehicles:
       a Delaware-based Limited Partnership, available only to accredited US investors.
       a Luxembourg-based UCITS-compliant version, available only to non-US investors.

   JMCAM can tailor its strategy through separate accounts to provide a direct, customizable solution for clients.

ADVISORY SERVICES

   Analysis and due-diligence of money managers and investment products.
       Experience in US and non-US equities, fixed income, and alternative classes.
   Expertise in all aspects of the business including, but not limited to:
       Manager selection;
       Operations and fund administration;
       Creation and trading of custom portfolios.
