Acacia Point was established in 2014 and is an independently owned, European-focussed, real estate investment and asset management company. Since establishment, Acacia Point has transacted €540m of real estate and its portfolio comprises 22 assets exceeding 110,000 sqm of lettable area. These properties are primarily retail with elements of office, logistics and leisure use. Acacia Point has offices in London and Munich and leverages on its strong partner network across Europe to unlock deal flow: the entire management portfolio has been acquired in off-market transactions. We seek financial alignment with our capital partners in the form of co-investment and incentive fee structures and aspire to maintain the highest of ethical principles: integrity is our foremost standard of conduct and underpins everything we do. Acacia Point provides a local operating partner platform with genuine hands-on asset management capabilities and a strong track record in the management of cross-border investment structures for private and institutional investors. A core objective is to identify unique investment opportunities that are capable of delivering strong financial performance through innovation, intense focus, local knowledge and experience to overcome the operational challenges posed by Europe’s diverse languages, laws and cultures. The services undertaken include: Deal sourcing and all elements of the acquisition process including financial modelling, underwriting, due diligence and structuring. Investment Management: asset and debt management, financial controlling, investor reporting with asset and corporate financial analysis. Minority ownership participation to facilitate tax efficient real estate acquisition and holding structures (Luxembourg, Germany etc.).
