Collas Crill Trust and Corporate Services is part of the Collas Crill Group, which also owns award-winning offshore law firm Collas Crill. The Group employs more than 250 people in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey and London.

Collas Crill Trust Limited is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission in Guernsey and by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in Jersey.

Krishna joined Collas Crill Corporate Services Limited (CCCS) in October 2020. Her current responsibility is supporting the team of corporate administrators with their portfolio of companies and partnerships throughout their life cycle. She is also responsible for executing client administration requests and assisting with internal projects and record processing duties.

Krishna is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree at the University College of the Cayman Islands and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration. Before joining CCCS, Krishna has several years of experience working in corporate services and in the investment management space, employed for a family office that operated as a hedge fund.

Ana is Compliance Manager, Trust and Corporate Services, and is based in the Cayman Islands. She is Compliance Officer (CO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Collas Crill Corporate Services in Cayman.

With nine years of experience in the Trust and Corporate Administration field, Ana has worked with clients globally. Prior to joining Collas Crill Trust and Corporate Services she was employed at establishments such as Cayman National Corporation Limited and The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce gaining a strong Project Management and Secretarial background.

Ana is fluent in English and Spanish which has been beneficial for translations of documents and personal interaction with Latin clients. Her background will ensure that the CCCS team and her portfolio meet their regulatory requirements and clients are assisted in a professional and timely manner.

Overview

Staceia is the Finance Manager of Collas Crill Corporate Services Limited (CCCS) based in the Cayman Islands. She is responsible for and specialises in the functions of Finance Operations and Reporting within CCCS in regards to the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting terms. She collaborates and leads the CCCS's Finance team through various deadlines both internally as well as regulatory imposed.

Experience

Staceia's speciality includes but is not limited to the functions of; billing, government and non government payables, cash suspense reporting, cash receipt application for various currencies, AR reporting, pre and post exception reporting and general finance reporting for several jurisdictions including Cayman, Hong Kong, Dubai, BVI, Ireland, Bermuda and London.

In her previous role, she was responsible for and managed a team locally, mentored and guided others both externally as well as internally. Due to the combination of her years of experience and wealth of knowledge within finance, Staceia was also heavily involved in on going staff development and training, the review and updating of policies and procedures, as well as workflows pertaining to the finance department as a whole.

Background

Prior to joining CCCS Cayman in February 2020, Staceia worked for Walkers Corporate Services Limited and Intertrust Group, where she has gained the vast majority of her experience and expertise within the financial sector.

Staceia holds equivalent to an Associates Degree in Marketing (Undergraduate Diploma) from the University of Guyana. She holds a BD Honours Degree in Business Administration - Marketing (BA) from Saint Leo University, FL, USA and has been granted a placement for continued studies via Arden University's MSc in Accounting and Finance programme.

Staceia is also a PADI Certified Open Water Diver, who enjoys much recreational diving in her spare time.

She ensures client administration requests are executed as well as assisting with internal projects and record processing duties. Holly is also responsible for providing services and options for those clients who have to satisfy obligations under the Cayman Islands Economic Substance Act and Trade & Business License Act.

Prior to joining the CCCS team, Holly was employed for a well know, local financial services company, gaining over 10 years of experience providing administrative and operational support, working in the financial and investment sector.

Katie joined Collas Crill Trust as Group Managing Director of Trust and Corporate Services in August 2024.

She has significant experience within the private client space, specialising in building and nurturing relationships with ultra-high net worth clients and families, as well as managing and developing large corporate relationships.

Katie has spent many years of her career extensively travelling, advising private clients and implementing and executing growth strategies focusing on the UK, Middle East and South Africa. She joined Collas Crill Trust from Suntera Global where she was a Director in their Private Wealth division. Prior to that, Katie worked within the trust division of Nedbank Private Bank for nearly 20 years in a number of senior-level trust management roles.

In her role at Collas Crill Trust, Katie is overall leader of Collas Crill's trust and corporate services businesses.

Katie is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, having completed the international diploma in Anti Money Laundering and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having completed the Diploma in International Trust Management.

Richard is Manager of Trust Operations at Collas Crill Trust. He joined CCT with more than 30 years' fiduciary experience, including Director level. He has mainly worked within independent trust businesses, and has also held roles at two major banking groups.

Richard worked in client service during the earlier part of his career before shifting his focus to trust operations about 20 years ago. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and was previously a Prince2 Practitioner.

Sonia is the Managing Director of Collas Crill Trust and brings three decades of financial services experience to the private wealth team.

She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, holds the Institute of Directors (IoD) Diploma in Company Direction and is a member of the IoD.

Sonia joined Collas Crill Trust in January 2018 from an independent trust company in Guernsey where she had served on the Board for 10 years. She has a wealth of experience in the local fiduciary sector dealing with ultra-high-net-worth private clients. During her career Sonia has looked after large, complex structures which have spanned multiple jurisdictions for multi-generational families. She has specialised in structures for entrepreneurial clients and has expertise in private equity, corporate governance and the management of non-traditional assets.

Hélène joined the team in 2025 with more than 17 years’ experience working in the finance industry, with skills specifically gained in French tax, and trust and company administration. She also was the accounts and finance manager of two local companies for more than 11 years.

Hélène graduated from La Sorbonne University in Paris in 2002 (Master's degree in Management) and is STEP-qualified.

In her spare time, Hélène manages her family property and vineyards located in the Bordeaux region, which requires in-depth knowledge of French tax, succession planning and business strategy.

Siobhan joined Collas Crill Trust in September 2024, to support Katie Bonfrer in the development of the business in Jersey.

She has more than 20 years' experience working with both private clients and large corporates, having spent much of her career travelling to the Middle East, a particular client and market focus for her.

Prior to Collas Crill Trust, Siobhan worked for a Middle Eastern investment house, where she led the offshore structuring capabilities of the group, as well as supporting investors with their personal wealth structuring requirements.

In her role at Collas Crill Trust, Siobhan will help drive business growth, with a focus on business development activity.
