For over forty years I have worked across private capital, structured finance, real estate and special situations, including eighteen years as Managing Director of a privately funded UK lender and the last twenty years advising global UHNW clients, family offices, entrepreneurs and private investors. I act as an independent strategic adviser, working discreetly and strictly by engagement on a select number of mandates.
My work centres on complex transactions, typically ranging from £5 million to £50 million, across prime UK and international real estate, private capital and high value asset classes. I work directly with principals, families, lawyers, accountants, lenders and trusted capital providers, helping clients navigate complex situations and implement structures that are commercially coherent, executable and enforceable.
Whether advising on acquisitions, refinancing, restructuring, recoveries, litigation related matters or bespoke capital solutions, my focus remains the same: delivering practical outcomes through experience, commercial judgement and trusted relationships.
