Alignvest Private Capital (APC) is a firm that seeks to invest in opportunities that have attractive risk adjusted returns across a full spectrum of private investments including equity, debt, and structured equity transactions. APC is focused on an area of the market where few players exist either due to a lack of sophistication or an unwillingness to invest across the entire capital structure. APC will invest in both majority and minority transactions and will invest across a variety of industries and geographies. APC seeks to invest in businesses where value can be added through an infusion of capital, tack-on acquisitions or expertise that exists among Alignvest’s Operating Partners. To date, APC has focused on building platforms both organically and through acquisitions in the Financial Services and Healthcare Sectors.
