Associate - M&A and Corporate Finance As an Associate in the corporate finance and M&A advisory practice, a successful candidate will: Quickly assume significant responsibilities for clients, industries and the firms' business functions. Work as an integral part of the team in direct daily collaboration. Conduct sophisticated financial analyses and relevant industry research. Assess the impact of transactions on client financial results and capital structures. Structure transactions, help formulate and deliver advice to clients and close deals. Develop new business, prepare and participate in client presentations, and market new products. The Requirements Applicants should have 2 to 4 years experience in M&A, corporate finance or public-markets investing with a leading investment bank, hedge fund or long-only asset management. Proven aptitude and enthusiasm for conducting detailed financial and strategic analyses and modelling. Highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment. Remuneration will be competitive and may include equity-linked incentives depending on experience, ability and capacity to add to the team.
