Our history begins in 1978, when we started to help companies value their assets as well as with expert work. After many years in the market, we have consolidated our position as a consultancy company providing valuation-integrated services, which can be of businesses, real property, equipment, trademarks, patents or any other tangible or intangible assets comprised in our clients’ equity. The appraisal report is more than an instrument used to comply with legal requirements before auditors and regulatory bodies. It has become, ever more, an important managerial tool bringing transparency and strategic support for decision-making in the companies. We have a daily challenge of offering simple and intelligent solutions to our clients, which is only possible thanks to our experienced, multidisciplinary, highly-qualified team, as well as to our deep knowledge of the different areas of the economy. We are board members of the Brazilian Business Appraisers Committee (CBAN) of the National Finance, Administration and Accounting Professional Association (ANEFAC), and follow the IVSC International rules, which require value appraisal for financial statements according to IFRS.
