Our History 1998 - Our business was established in 1998 as a division of the broader accounting firm of WalterTurnbull and was previously known as WalterTurnbull Financial Planning. 2005 - Sean Hammond and Alison Smith, Chartered Accountants and partners of WalterTurnbull, transferred from Tax and Accounting to the Financial Planning Division. 2008 - Our business was successful in applying for its own Financial Services Licence. 2010 - The business was acquired by Sean Hammond and Alison Smith in July 2010 when WalterTurnbull merged with PricewaterhouseCoopers. From this date the business commenced trading as ASET Wealth Management. 2011 - ASET Wealth Management became a registered Tax Agent, specialising in tax and accounting for Self-Managed Super Funds. 2012 - ASET Wealth Management relocated to a fresh and vibrant new office in Griffith.
