Ashley Shaw Partners is a multi-disciplinary accountancy and legal services practice, incorporating traditional accountancy and tax services along with a probate trust and estate administration department. We are authorised as Licensed Probate Practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to carry out the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate in England and Wales. The Probate Register is as prescribed by the Legal Services Board under section 87(4) of the Legal Services Act 2007. Our approach is simple - friendly yet professional, accurate and timely. We act for both individuals and SME's alike, but adopt the same principals for all our clients...everyone deserves the same level of service. Our initial consultations are always free and of course, without obligation. As an expanding practice, we welcome new clients, but value our existing ones too! We place great value in the importance of satisfied clients, many who have been with us for a number of years. We welcome feedback (even if it's not great!), and will always put right a wrong, which thankfully doesn't happen very often! We insist on regular reviews for our clients, ideally quarterly to ensure any planning we put in place remains relevant.
