Asia Pacific Investment Partners (“APIP”) is a Mongolia focused operating group that has a range of subsidiaries operating within the property, cement and financial services industries. APIP has a strong asset base, which includes one of the largest and most highly valued landbanks in the country and the only cement producing facility in the capital. APIP also holds a non-banking financial institution lending license and has a seat on the Mongolian Stock Exchange. Founded in 2001, Asia Pacific Investment Partners is an investment operating company focused on pursuing economic opportunities in Mongolia. APIP is the operating company behind a number of Mongolia-based companies in five key industries with growth potential in Mongolia: property, natural resources, securities, construction, and construction materials. Our management team has a unique on-the-ground mix of local and international experience. APIP and its portfolio companies employ investment professionals and operations specialists from a variety of backgrounds ranging from venture capitalists to strategy consultants and corporate finance specialists to real estate experts. We work primarilly with small investors, high net worth individuals and a select group of corporate investors.
