Using proprietary models that we have developed, we evaluate companies individually to find investments that are often out of favor in the marketplace, but that we believe offer exceptional potential appreciation. Our core investments, which form the foundation of our clients’ portfolios, include common stocks that will tend to have above average yields, lower than average price-to-earnings and price-to-book ratios, and above average financial strength. Our core list may also include publicly traded trusts and partnerships to complement existing portfolios.
