Basis Points Capital ("BPS Capital") was founded in 2007 by black professionals. The company is 100% black owned, managed and controlled. It is a specialist financial advisory services firm focusing on Financial Advisory, Capital Raising and Corporate Finance. The team has extensive experience in financial services with a combined experience in excess of 50 years. In 2013, we opened BPS Capital Botswana, partnering with local citizens as part of our strategy to empower local citizens and effect skills transfer.
