Bespoke Finance Limited was established in 2009 by Adam Hosker to offer unregulated Finance including Buy to Let. In 2011 Bespoke Finance became authorized by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an Appointed Representative of Mortgage for Business, in order to offer a wider range of Buy to Let Mortgages. At that time joined by Mark Hosker CeMap qualified advisor enabling the company to offer Residential Mortgages. It became a small family mortgage brokerage. After a few successful years specializing in Buy to Let in a small office; the business demanded expansion to include Buy to Let Specialist Paul Adamson and larger offices. In 2013 Bespoke Finance Limited became authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Appointed Representative for HL Partnership Limited, a larger and more innovative Mortgage Network. In 2016 Bespoke Finance became Directly Authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and restructured as Bespoke Finance Direct Limited – Expanding the Bespoke Team further.
